Bronson Lakeview Hospital in Paw Paw, MI is seeking a House Supervisor (RN) for PRN variable shifts. The role provides administrative and clinical leadership to unit staff and coordinates hospital-wide activities to resolve problems as they arise.
The position requires an RN license in Michigan, a BSN for South Haven, and post-hire certifications including BCLS with ACLS/ALS within 6 months and NIH Stroke certification. Strong teamwork and disaster management skills are essential.

The House Manager is responsible for supporting the operations and patient care services of the organization. The House Manager utilizes effective leadership skills to support staff, solve problems, and make appropriate decisions. They provide immediate administrative and clinical leadership to unit staff and ancillary departments and coordinates hospital-wide activities as necessary to resolve problem situations as they arise and often in the absence of unit leaders. Works independently as well as with others. Employees providing direct patient care must demonstrate competencies specific to the population served.
For South Haven only: As of Dec. 1, 2019, a BSN is required upon hire for this position. Any employee hired before this date is required to have an active nursing license and 3-5 years of progressively more responsible experience in the hospital l or elsewhere. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in good standing with the state of Michigan. Bronson South Haven Hospital – BCLS required upon hire. Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire. Hospital Incident Command courses IS-100.HCb, IS-200HCb, IS-200.HCa and IS-700.a, and NIH Stroke certification to be completed within 6 months of hire.
For Bronson Lakeview Hospital and Bronson South Haven Hospital: The House Manager is responsible for completing the Word day CBL –“Swing beds”. This is an annual CBL that describes the difference in a swing bed patient versus an in-patient or observation patient. The House Manager will understand the documentation differences and the specific care required for each individual swing bed patient.
