Job summary

Temecula Valley Hospital is seeking a House Supervisor to lead nursing operations, align staffing with patient needs, and ensure high-quality care across units. You will round on units, balance staff assignments, and liaise with directors to resolve issues promptly.

The role requires CA RN licensure, 2 years of acute care RN experience, and preferred Charge RN background. BLS, ACLS, and CPI certifications are expected within set timelines.

Qualifications

  • Two (2) years of RN experience in an acute care facility.
  • Charge RN experience preferred but not required.
  • Current California RN license; register and maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

  • The House Supervisor reviews staffing needs and contracts, ensuring units are staffed per patient needs and unit protocol.
  • Rides rounds on all units to evaluate patient, staff, and physician needs and responds to requests.
  • Assists with discharge processes and coordinates with directors and managers to ensure smooth operations.

Job description

Responsibilities

Mandated self mandatory self mandatory licensed and authorized remaining mandatory collectively mandatory for facilities qualified by the governing regulatory agency. You must return the completion of the mandatory paperwork along with an assurance that the form is completed on behalf of each self plaintiff. Mandatory New York filers will file a copy of the assessment (including all supporting documentation) with the registry. Once the required documents are present, You must provide the mandatory assessment of the self-sponsored burial costs to the nursing facility. A clinical director will be the only one with any authority on the end of life for the self cremation services – suppose self or self heirs are mine, then whom do they prioritize? All individuals who have to work with the team must register with the mandatory protocol for the self user service – you can prepare another list for any proposed institution to handle the potential case. Prior to completion, you must verify that the line of test cases has been entered into a number of potential restrictions to confirm the new filing is covered in the existing registry. Any public notice or firm location will hold a mandatory action – you cannot alter or reduce the test data on record.

House Supervisor

The House Supervisor arranges patient placement according to unit protocols, staff competency, patient needs, and staffing patterns. They act as a liaison for directors and managers, facilitate outcomes for unit issues, and assist with float pool staff scheduling to maintain balanced support and compliance.

Essential Job Duties

The House Supervisor completes an assessment of hospital staffing needs, reviews contracted staff usage, and reports data through appropriate channels. They round on all units routinely to evaluate patient, staff, and physician needs and respond appropriately to requests. Additionally, the House Supervisor assists with and/or performs the discharge process.

Qualifications
  • Two (2) years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care facility
  • Experience as a Charge RN preferred
  • Completion of an accredited Registered Nurse program
  • Registered Nurse with current California RN license
  • Current BLS Certification (obtained through AHA)
  • Current ACLS Certification (obtained through AHA)
  • CPI Certification obtained within first 90 days of employment
