Shorewood Behavioral Health Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to lead nursing teams, drive clinical excellence, and uphold compassionate, patient-first care in a startup-style environment.
This role oversees day-to-day nursing operations, ensures staffing adequacy, mentors staff, and coordinates with interdisciplinary teams to meet residents’ biopsychosocial needs while maintaining regulatory compliance. A Friday–Sunday 7:00pm–7:30am shift is available.

Shorewood Behavioral Health Hospital is a brand-new, state-of-the-art 120-bed behavioral health hospital coming to Madison, Wisconsin. Designed to meet the growing mental health needs of the community, Shorewood will provide innovative inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services for adolescents, adults, and seniors facing mental health and substance use challenges.

The hospital will offer a full continuum of care, including Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT), with plans to develop specialized treatment services tailored to community needs.
PURPOSE STATEMENT:Responsible for day to day oversite of nursing operations of the facility and ensures staffing is adequate to provide care. When scheduled, oversees the delivery of behavioral health/nursing services in a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. As needed, collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment teams, other departments and administration to ensure that all residents’ physical, biopsychosocial, age, developmental and cultural needs are met and when they are not met, acknowledges and works to resolve customer complaints. Provide leadership to assure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as nursing practice standards. Recognizes that patient safety is a top priority.

Currentcertification or license topracticewithin the state where the facility is located.CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
First aid may be required based on state or facility.
