Mercy, in Farmington, MO, seeks a House Supervisor to oversee daily operations across patient care departments. You will supervise staff, coordinate activities, and ensure policy adherence to support high-quality patient care on every shift.

The role requires RN licensure, nursing degree, and several years of hospital experience with BLS/ACLS; preferred BSN and five years in hospital nursing. You will lead with strong communication and critical thinking, remaining calm under pressure.

Position Details

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate from a school of nursing.
• Experience: Three years of hospital nursing experience.
• Licensure: Current RN (Registered Nurse) License in the applicable state of practice.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS before beginning first shift.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing
