Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking an RN House Supervisor to provide hospital-wide leadership, overseeing clinical, operational, financial, and staffing functions in the absence of senior leaders. You will promote operational excellence, ensure safe, quality care, manage resources, and foster communication among staff, physicians, and patients.

This role also acts as a safety officer driving performance improvement initiatives including Lean Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• RN licensure (single or multi-state).
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
