Role oversees the day-to-day operations of nursing departments within the hospital, often managing nursing duties related to patient care delivery and team work, and acting as a member of the administrative team during off‑hours or overnight shifts, especially when dealing with emergencies or critical situations.
RN with a current license in the State of Arkansas, and 5 years of experience as an RN. Current certifications in ACLS and PALS. Experience in Critical Care and/or ED preferred. Computer skills, good communication skills and good problem solving skills. BSN or 2 year commitment to complete. Enrolled within 60 days of accepting position, and quarterly updates including transcripts.
This job will be authorized 0.08 hours bi‑weekly.
