Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a House Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of nursing departments at BHMC-North Little Rock. This role supports patient care delivery, staff coordination, and emergency response during off-hours or overnight shifts.

The ideal candidate is a licensed RN in Arkansas with at least 5 years in RN roles, ACLS/PALS, and a BSN or willing to complete within two years. Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• RN with a current Arkansas license and 5 years as an RN.
• ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Experience in Critical Care and/or ED preferred.
• Computer skills, good communication and problem solving skills.
• BSN or 2 year commitment to complete.
• Enrolled within 60 days of accepting position, with transcripts updated quarterly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of nursing departments and patient care delivery.
• Coordinate nursing staff and respond to emergencies during off-hours.
• Serve as a member of the administrative team during night shifts.

Role oversees the day-to-day operations of nursing departments within the hospital, often managing nursing duties related to patient care delivery and team work, and acting as a member of the administrative team during off‑hours or overnight shifts, especially when dealing with emergencies or critical situations.

Other Information

RN with a current license in the State of Arkansas, and 5 years of experience as an RN. Current certifications in ACLS and PALS. Experience in Critical Care and/or ED preferred. Computer skills, good communication skills and good problem solving skills. BSN or 2 year commitment to complete. Enrolled within 60 days of accepting position, and quarterly updates including transcripts.

This job will be authorized 0.08 hours bi‑weekly.
