Job summary

G&B HOTEL EMPLOYEE LEASING LLC is seeking a House Person for the Courtyard Santa Ana in Santa Ana, CA. This full-time role supports the housekeeping team by maintaining public areas, delivering supplies, and assisting room attendants to ensure guest spaces are clean and ready for use.

You will work the swing shift, lift and move supplies, and respond to guest requests while upholding safety and cleanliness standards. EOE.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Reliable and able to work independently
• Able to lift, push, pull, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Housekeeping or janitorial experience is helpful but not required
• Flexible to work any shifts, including holidays and weekends

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain hallways, elevators, lobbies, and public areas
• Remove trash and replace liners throughout the hotel
• Deliver linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies to room attendants
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and room refresh tasks
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas, closets, and storage spaces
• Respond to guest requests when needed
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately
• Support housekeeping leadership with special projects and daily operations

The Role
