Job summary

Peppermill Resort Spa Casino in Reno, NV is seeking a House Person to maintain clean, organized hallways and employee areas in accordance with quality and safety standards.

You will greet guests, assist with their needs, deliver items, and support housekeeping operations by moving linen and trash; must be able to stand for long shifts and handle heavy carts; basic English preferred.

• Ability to push/pull heavy housekeeping carts.
• Basic English preferred.

• Promote positive guest relations and attend to our guests' needs.
• Deliver items requested by guests in a timely manner.
• Vacuum two complete hallways per day.
• Remove trash from Room Attendant carts and other areas.
• Remove linen from Room Attendant carts and put down the linen chute.
• Move linen to stationary carts at the end of each shift.
• Follow all departmental and safety procedures.
