Job summary

Nanny Poppins Agency is seeking an after-school nanny/household manager in Philadelphia, PA. The role involves picking up two children after school, supervising them, and providing structured, engaging care with light meal prep and light household organization.

The position offers a predictable schedule (Mon–Fri, 2:30 PM–6:30 PM) with guaranteed hours and vacation/holiday benefits. A Montessori background is a plus, and CPR/First Aid, a valid driver’s license, and COVID vaccination are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior childcare experience in nanny/household roles.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Comfort in water and ability to swim.
• COVID vaccinated.
• Proactive, reliable and able to take initiative.
• Montessori or educational background is a plus but not required.
• Energetic and engaging personality.

Location: Philadelphia, PA
Compensation: $30–$35 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–6:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 20 hours per week

Overview / About the Family:
A warm professional family is seeking an after-school nanny/household manager for their two children (an 8-year-old girl and a 4-year-old boy). The household is active and structured, and they seek a proactive, dependable caregiver who can support both childcare and light household organization. No travel is required. A montessori background is a plus!
