About Our Family

We are a busy household with two little ones under three — and no shortage of energy, love, or chaos. Between running our business and raising our kids, we have simply run out of hours in the day. We moved into a new home recently and are ready to bring in someone who can help us make it truly run.

Our home is warm and lively — three floors, multiple play spaces, a garage, an outdoor deck, two rescue dogs, and a cat who has been part of the family since she was just a few weeks old. We are intentional parents who believe in conscious discipline, risky play, and respecting our children's autonomy. We don't do “because I said so” — and we extend that same respect to the people who work with us.

We bring plenty of personality and value open, honest communication. We say what we mean and welcome the same in return. The right person for this role won't just fit in — they'll feel like an extension of our family.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You are a natural organizer with a systems mindset — someone who walks into a space and immediately sees opportunities to make things flow better. You bring ideas to the table, but you're collaborative about it; you know that a good system only works if everyone buys in. You are a strong communicator who advocates for yourself, sets clear boundaries, and isn't afraid to hold others accountable — including us. You are resilient, adaptable, and genuinely invested in the people you work for.

You are comfortable around dogs (including large, energetic rescues) and ideally have a soft spot for animals in general. You are aligned with or open to conscious, Montessori‑inspired parenting values — you understand why we let kids climb, explore, and figure things out. You take initiative, follow through without being reminded, and you bring a calm, steady presence to a household that is always moving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Seasonal clothing and bedding swaps

  • Toy rotation and playroom resets

  • Wash, fold, and put away laundry
