We are a warm, active family of three (soon to be four) based in Orange, CA. We have an energetic toddler who keeps us on our toes and are excited to welcome a new baby in early fall.
Our goal is to find someone who can help alleviate the mental load of running a busy household so Mom can be more present and engaged with our toddler and growing family. We value someone who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and creates calm through organization, thoughtful planning, and dependable execution.
One parent works remotely from home in a professional capacity, and while we're often home, we appreciate someone who can work independently, read the room, and confidently take ownership of the day-to-day household operations. We are laid-back and easygoing by nature, but we also aim to run a structured and organized home. We value professionalism, healthy boundaries, and a calm, grounded presence. We moved into our home a couple of years ago and have a running list of organizational projects we are excited to tackle.
The right person will walk into our home and immediately see opportunities to create systems, streamline routines, and bring order behind the scenes—allowing our family to focus less on logistics and more on spending meaningful time together.
Ultimately, we hope to find a long-term partner who provides peace of mind by managing the many moving parts of our home with care, consistency, and professionalism—allowing our family to focus on work, travel, and time together, knowing everything is thoughtfully handled.
You are a seasoned household professional who doesn't need a roadmap to get started. You can walk into a home, read the room, and identify what needs to be done without being asked. You are organized and detail-oriented, but carry that structure with a calm, Type B+ energy that fits naturally into a relaxed family environment. You are proactive, resourceful, and a genuine problem solver. You know how to take a task list and run with it independently.
You are tech-savvy, coachable, and open to feedback. You communicate professionally and maintain healthy boundaries while being warm and approachable. You understand that the family you are supporting is trusting you with their home, their children, and their mental load, and you treat that responsibility with care and integrity. Because this family is in their first experience with household help, a candidate who can help guide them on systems and best practices will be an especially strong fit.
While this role is focused primarily on Household Management, the ability to adapt and support occasional childcare will be valued, experience in early childhood education or previous Nanny experience is highly valued
Most importantly, you take pride in creating seamless operations and ensuring details are handled with consistency and care. You are solutions-oriented, action-focused, and known for exceptional follow-through. Rather than simply completing tasks, you build sustainable systems that create ease, efficiency, and peace of mind for the family.
