Responsibilities include weekly deep cleaning, laundry, kitchen cleaning, monthly fridge and oven deep cleans, bathroom cleaning, window washing, grocery shopping, meal prep, errands, and coordinating with the homeowners association for maintenance.

• window washing (quarterly)
• grocery shopping and/or pick-up
• vegetarian/omnivore meal prep/cooking and vegetarian lunch prep (on occasion)
• local errands (dry cleaning, picking up items from Home Depot, health foods store, prescription pick-up from Walgreens)
• Call homeowners association regarding general maintenance and work orders

Hi, I'm seeking a housekeeper for my two-person family. We live in a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome that is approximately 1,800 sq. ft. There are stairs in the home. The bedrooms each have an attached bathroom.
