Job summary

The Racquet Club Midland is seeking a full-time Housekeeper in Midland, TX. The role requires cleaning locker rooms, restrooms, and common areas to maintain a welcoming and safe environment for members and guests.

Typical shift is Tuesday–Sunday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, with occasional schedule adjustments based on club needs. Prior housekeeping experience is a plus, and training is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Reliable and dependable with good attendance.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties for extended periods.
• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain locker rooms, restrooms, common areas, offices, and other club facilities.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas.
• Empty trash and maintain clean, organized spaces.
• Restock restroom and housekeeping supplies.
• Help keep the club looking clean, welcoming, and safe for members and guests.
• Follow proper cleaning and safety procedures.
• Perform other housekeeping duties as needed.

The Racquet Club in Midland is hiring a full-time Housekeeper!

Pay:$17.00 per hour
Schedule: Tuesday–Sunday, primarily 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
Schedule flexibility: Employees may occasionally be asked to work a different shift based on the club’s needs.
