About the Role

This is a full‑time, daytime residential cleaning position with a steady, predictable schedule. Your core schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with your evenings free.

There are no required weekends. Optional weekend jobs such as short‑notice cleans and vacation rental turnovers pay time and a half (1.5x) and can be taken or passed. If picking up an occasional weekend shift at a premium rate appeals to you, let us know. If you prefer a strict Monday‑through‑Friday schedule, that works too. This role includes a paid training and mentorship period, fully paid at your base rate. Your pay grows from there as you build consistent hours and prove yourself.

How We Train

We train differently than most cleaning companies, with fully paid training and support from the whole team. Our crew will tell you it is one of the best parts of working here, and it is a big reason our team is so strong and our work stays consistent. We are also looking for people we can grow into Lead roles, which come with additional pay. If you are reliable, coachable, and want to advance, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

You will clean and care for our clients' homes using a consistent system, with training and support from our team.

• Clean kitchens and bathrooms (sinks, counters, toilets, tubs/showers, mirrors)
• Dust and wipe surfaces (furniture, doors, light touchpoints, baseboards as needed)
• Vacuum and mop floors
• Make beds and tidy common areas
• Take out trash and replace liners as needed
• Restock and maintain cleaning kit and supplies
• Follow our checklist process to ensure quality and consistency
• Communicate professionally with the office and, when needed, clients

Most of our work is residential recurring cleans and occasional deep cleans, with additional earning opportunities for certified services. We also serve a small number of light commercial clients, such as doctor offices, held to the same high‑end standard as our home cleans and are not janitorial work. If that kind of work interests you, it can be an option down the road.

Compensation

• $17/hour to start; most full‑time technicians earn $19 to $21/hour plus tips within their first 6 months
• Tips on top of hourly payTime and a half on optional weekend work
• Room to earn more through certifications, specialized services, and lead roles
• Paid weekly by direct deposit, plus health, dental, vision, and paid time off

Mileage Reimbursement: $0.70 per mile for travel between homes. Your drive time between jobs is not money out of your pocket.
