The role offers a Monday-Friday schedule (8am-5pm), full-time year-round stability, weekly pay of $800-$1,200 including tips, mileage reimbursement, and paid training. You’ll work with eco-friendly products and have opportunities to grow into trainer or lead roles.

This Role Is Physically Demanding

Cleaning homes is active, physical work. To be successful in this role, you'll need to be able to:

• Stand, walk, and stay on your feet for most of an 8-hour shift
• Bend, kneel, crouch, and reach repeatedly throughout the day
• Lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment (up to 30 lbs)
• Perform repetitive motions such as scrubbing, wiping, and vacuuming
• Climb stairs in residential homes

Where You'll Work

You'll serve homes throughout Rockwall County and surrounding areas. You'll visit our office in Rockwall once a week for team meetings, training, and supply restocks.
