Job summary

Merry Maids is seeking a dedicated team member to professionally clean client homes using our unique procedures and products. You will deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining high cleaning standards and friendly interactions with clients.

The role emphasizes physical, hands-on cleaning across rooms and surfaces, with a focus on attention to detail and safe handling of cleaning supplies. Training is provided and schedules are flexible to accommodate customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses.
• Ability to read cleaning instructions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability lift and carry 8lbs. of equipment.
• Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew and cleaning solutions.
• Ability to drive to and from various job sites.

Responsibilities

• Clean client homes using Merry Maids procedures and products.
• Use provided vacuum cleaners and microfiber cloths to clean surfaces.
• Vacuum stairs, carpet, hard floors and furniture.
• Clean all surfaces including fans, blinds, fixtures, baseboards, counters and bathrooms.
• Move furniture to access hidden areas and under surfaces.
• Transport cleaning products and equipment to job sites and office.
• Assist in stocking supplies and maintaining equipment.
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude.
