Job summary

Naturalcare Cleaning Service is hiring for full-time positions. Earn $17/hr during training; after training, earnings are based on a percentage of completed jobs, with top earners at $30–$33/hr and the Houston market averaging about $23.28/hr.

100% of client tips go to you, plus weekly pay and performance bonuses. The company provides training, supplies, and uniforms, along with medical, dental, and vision benefits and paid holidays/vacations.

Job description

• Earn performance-base pay which includes percentage of the job, bonuses, tips and earned paid days off.
• $17/hr guaranteed during training
• After training, pay is based on a percentage of the jobs you complete. The more efficient you are and the higher the quality of your work, the more you earn. Our team averages $23.28/hr — above the Houston market average.
• Top earners reach $30–$33/hr.
• 100% of tips go directly to you, not split, not pooled. Yours.
• Performance bonuses based on quality, productivity, and reliability.
• Weekly pay, every Friday
• Grow with us – Trainers earn up to $1000+ per week while training.
• You will be an employee with ALL the benefits and perks. NOT contract labor. We provide, training, supplies and uniforms. We file and pay half your social security and medicare taxes.
