ecomaids of Waxhaw-Matthews-Monroe is seeking team members to provide high-quality home cleaning services in Waxhaw, NC. You will start with paid training if needed and join a supportive team focused on customer happiness.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, following the 64-Point Cleaning Checklist, handling equipment safely, and communicating findings to the Team Leader. A valid driver license is required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Arrive at office in provided uniform, on time with great attitude
• Greet customers with happy, positive attitude and explain or answer any questions they have
• Execute ecomaids 64-Point Cleaning Checklist as trained in each customer's home/apartment
• Safely bring equipment/product supplies into customer home and use appropriately
• Convey any unusual findings about customer's home to the Team Leader
• Driver License

QUALIFICATIONS

• Paid training if no experience
• Strong work ethic and proven reliability
• Eye for cleaning details and ability to organize tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication skills
• Safely and cost effectively use cleaning products to achieve desired result
• Comfortable and discreet in customer homes
• Must pass a background check
• No cigarette smoking
