Two Maids Grand Rapids is hiring full-time House Cleaners / Housekeepers to join our residential cleaning team. This is a physically active, structured role with weekday hours and performance-based pay.

You will clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas, staying active all day. No nights, no weekends, no holidays; paid training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Available full-time, Monday–Friday 8 am - 5 pm.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Smartphone for scheduling and communication apps.
• Comfortable with physical labor and standing all day.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential house cleaning following a proven system.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
• Lift, bend, kneel, and move throughout the workday.
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Follow safety and cleaning procedures.
