Job summary

Two Maids & A Mop is hiring for full-time residential cleaning positions in Eureka, MO. The role offers daytime hours, a family-oriented environment, and opportunities for bonuses and advancement as part of a Pay for Performance plan.

You’ll clean homes, follow scheduling requirements, and contribute to a team-focused culture while supporting cancer patients through partnerships like Cleaning For A Reason. PTO eligibility begins after 6 months.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must have own vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to work Monday - Friday 7:45 am - 5:00 pm or until finished with route.

Responsibilities

• Clean residential homes to high standards.
• Provide friendly, reliable service to clients.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of work area and tools.
