Job summary

Molly Maid is hiring full-time house cleaners in the Ballwin/Kirkwood area. You’ll report to the Kirkwood office each morning and drive a company car during work, with insurance provided.

We offer a guaranteed minimum wage of $16.00 per hour, with potential to earn up to $25.00 per hour based on experience and performance. No nights, no weekends, and paid holidays with PTO; advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 4pm
• Must be able to get to the Kirkwood office each day

Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards – follow the process and strive for customer delight.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner; build rapport and trust.
