Molly Maid is seeking a full-time house cleaner in Norwood, MA. You will work in teams of two, cleaning homes with Molly Maid’s proven process, and you will communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner.

The role offers a company car, weekly pay, and advancement opportunities, with no nights or weekends required. Minimum 18 years old, legally eligible to work in the United States, and able to pass a background check.

The pay range for this job is $16.00 to $24.00 an hour. Most of our Team Leaders earn an average of $20-$24 per hour, paid weekly. Our Partners earn an average of $17-$19 per hour. You are also provided a company car - compare us with competitors who make you use your own car and make you pay for gas and maintenance.

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this job is $16.00 to $24.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as professional house cleaner.

If you’re a Team Lead:

• Manage the team’s schedule and driver safety
• Maintain the company car – notify staff is there are any issues (oil change needed, brakes squeaking, low tire pressure, etc.)
• Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.

Job Requirements

Minimum requirements to be considered for this house cleaning position:

• At least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• You are available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm
