Molly Maid seeks dependable house cleaners to join our team. Full-time, day hours, no nights, weekends, or holidays. We train you in our proven process and provide all supplies, a company car, and a supportive environment.

You’ll clean homes to Molly Maid standards, communicate warmly with customers, and enjoy a stable schedule, paid holidays, PTO, and 401(k). Earnings potential is $500–$700 per week, with tips and incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check and drug screen.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• You are available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 4:30pm.
• Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients.
• Ability to drive company vehicle (valid driver license) preferred.

• Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
