No Experience Required!

We’ll teach you everything you need to know about cleaning houses using our proven process. You’ll delight customers with our simple system, so they keep coming back.

Full-time. No nights. No weekends. A compensation plan that allows you to control your income.

The pay range for this job is $14.00 to $18.00 an hour with the ability to make up to $800.00 per week, paid bi-weekly. If you have a valid driver’s license and can drive a company car, earn even more.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards – follow our process and delight every customer. Tips may be earned.
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – make them feel your care.

Team Lead Responsibilities (if driving vehicle)

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – oversee yourself and the team.
• Maintain equipment – take care of basic cleaning equipment and ensure the car is loaded with appropriate housekeeping supplies.

Job Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
