Job summary

Monica Clean, LLC in Palm Coast, FL is seeking a reliable Residential Cleaning Technician to join our Flagler County team. You’ll travel between client locations, perform high-quality cleaning services, and follow company systems to ensure consistent results.

Training is provided, and advancement opportunities are available. We offer $18–$20/hour based on experience, tips and bonus opportunities, weekly pay, paid training, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no regular weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Reliable smartphone capable of running required work apps.
• Ability to travel between client locations throughout the workday.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, scrub, and lift for approximately 6–7 hours per day.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with clients and team members.
• Must be willing to complete a background check.
• Must live within 15 miles of our service area.

Responsibilities

• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and perform detailed cleaning.

What You'll Do

You’ll travel between client locations throughout Flagler County and provide high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services.

Your responsibilities include:

• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and detailed cleaning
• Following company cleaning systems, checklists, and procedures
• Using cleaning products and equipment safely
• Paying attention to details and completing work to our quality standards

• Working independently while also contributing to the team

You don't need to know everything on day one. We will train you. What matters is that you're willing to learn, accept feedback, and do the job the right way.
