Job summary

Molly Maid is hiring full-time house cleaners with no experience required. We’ll train you and provide all supplies, a company car, and opportunities for advancement. The job offers a daytime schedule, no nights or weekends, and paid holidays on select days.

Earn $15.00–$20.00 per hour with potential weekly pay up to $650, plus bonuses based on performance. You’ll work with a friendly team, follow a proven cleaning system, and enjoy benefits such as PTO after one year and holidays after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements to be considered: Legally authorized to work in the United States, be 21 or older, and able to pass a 7-year nationwide background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean 3-year driving record.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, and perform housekeeping tasks.
• Willingness to work Monday–Friday, daytime hours 8am–6pm.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards and follow the provided process to delight customers.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner; may earn tips.
• Assist in team coordination if designated as team lead, including scheduling and vehicle safety; maintain equipment.
