Job summary

Molly Maid in North Chelmsford is seeking dependable house cleaners. No experience is required; we provide training, a stable full-time schedule with no nights, no weekends, and no holidays.

You’ll earn $18.00–$24.00 per hour, with weekly pay and a driver’s license eligibility for a company car where applicable. Responsibilities include cleaning homes to Molly Maid standards, delivering friendly customer service, and following a proven process.

Qualifications

• Complete a background check
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, and complete housekeeping tasks
• You are available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm
• Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients

• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – You will work with clients and your team to ensure great service.
• If you are a team lead (driving our vehicle): Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely; Maintain equipment and ensure the car is stocked with supplies.
