Two Maids - Aurora is seeking Professional House Cleaners to work in teams of two across Colorado. You’ll follow our proven cleaning process and receive five days of paid training. A reliable attitude, attention to detail, and good communication with clients and teammates are essential.

This full-time role pays $100–$200 per day ($18–$25/hour equivalent) plus tips. Weekdays only, Monday through Friday with no weekend or holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Reliable, with a valid Colorado driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Able to pass a background check (no felonies).
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Available Monday through Friday, full-time.

What You'll Do

Join our team as a Professional House Cleaner, working in teams of two - a partner has your back from day one

Follow our proven cleaning process - we'll teach you everything during 5 days of paid training

Communicate clearly with your partner, your clients, and your managers - you'll spend most of your day out in the field, so being a strong communicator matters

Check in with management when needed, flag concerns early, and handle any client issues professionally (or bring them to us)

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

Reliable, well-maintained vehicle and valid Colorado driver's license

18 years or older, able to pass a background check (no felonies)

On your feet all day - bending, lifting (up to 30 lbs)

Available Monday through Friday, full-time

Strong communicator who's comfortable working independently and with a partner

Detail-oriented, resourceful, and good at managing your time

Someone who genuinely cares about doing quality work and treating clients' homes with respect

Nice-to-haves (but not required):

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior cleaning, housekeeping, or customer service experience

Interest in growing into a trainer or leadership role

How You Get Paid

This isn't a clock-in, clock-out hourly job. You earn a commission on every home you clean - which means the better and more efficient you get, the more you make. Most of our cleaners average $100-$200 per day, and you're done when your homes are done (not stuck watching the clock until 5pm). Tips are on top of that. Great reviews from happy clients mean real extra money in your pocket.
