Job summary

Merry Maids is seeking a team member to professionally clean customer homes using Merry Maids’ procedures and deliver exceptional customer service. As part of the team, you will follow cleaning protocols and maintain a positive attitude while on assignments.

You will use provided equipment and be responsible for keeping supplies stocked, being on time, and representing the brand in uniform. Paid training, flexible schedules, and competitive pay support career growth.

Qualifications

• Must differentiate cleaning products and uses.
• Able to read cleaning instructions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Lift and carry up to 20 lbs of equipment.
• Able to withstand regular exposure to hair, dust, mold, and cleaning solutions.
• Must have reliable transportation and drive to multiple sites.
• Valid Driver License required.

Responsibilities

• Clean customer homes using Merry Maids procedures and products.
• Use provided vacuums and microfiber cloths to clean surfaces.
• Clean fans, blinds, fixtures, counters, bathrooms, and floors.
• Ability to clean floors on hands and knees in kitchens and baths.
• Vacuum stairs, carpets, and furniture; move furniture as needed.
• Transport cleaning products and equipment to jobs; restock supplies.
• Maintain equipment and contribute to a positive team climate.

Job Position Description

Professionally clean customer homes using Merry Maids’ unique cleaning procedures and products. As a team member, you will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service by consistently cleaning homes.

Responsibilities

• Use Merry Maids cleaning products and procedures to clean in customer homes
• Use provided equipment including vacuums and microfiber cleaning cloths
• Clean all surfaces in home, including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floors
• Ability to clean floors on hands and knees in kitchens and bathrooms
• Vacuum all stairs, carpet, hard surface floors and furniture
• Move all reasonably moveable furniture to clean under and behind
• Carry all cleaning products and equipment to and from office, vehicle, and customers’ homes
• Assist in keeping supplies stocked and maintain equipment
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
• Has respect and understanding for co-workers and customers
