Job summary

Elite Cleaning Services Group Llc is seeking a Cleaning Technician to professionally clean client homes and vacation rental properties on a travel basis across Oceanside, Fallbrook, Temecula, Murrieta, Lake Elsinore and surrounding areas in California.

You will follow cleaning protocols, mix and handle chemicals safely, and maintain a spotless, guest-ready environment while upholding our CHARM values and providing reliable, timely service to every property.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk; able to stand long periods; able to push a vacuum for extended periods; able to lift 25–30 pounds.
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions and schedule.
• Attention to detail when cleaning.
• Ability to work well alone and with a team.
• Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism.
• Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; good time management.
• General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers' properties in a timely and professional manner.
• Dust, clean ceilings vents, surfaces, and counters.
• Sweep, scrub, mop hardwood, laminate, or tile floors; use vacuuming equipment.
• Perform stain-removal and other treatments as needed.
• Clean and sanitize fixtures; dispose of trash; polish furniture and room accessories.
• Scrub sinks, basins, showers and toilets; clean windows and mirrors.
• Maintain a neat and orderly living space; upkeep of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Report repairs and replacements needed when encountered on the job.

Cleaner Job Summary

The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for cleaning our client’s homes and business properties professionally and timely. We want our Cleaning Technicians to know the proper administration of cleaning chemicals and the effective methods to perform cleaning tasks correctly. As our company’s Cleaning Technician, your essential duties will involve sanitizing, disinfecting, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom services and all assigned areas of client property.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work independently and follow instructions. You must maintain a respectful and honest manner as you are a representative of our company. You must perform all tasks assigned to you and be physically capable of performing light to strenuous labor. Attention to detail and a positive attitude is a must. Willing to train the right motivated people.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Travel to customers property in a timely and professional manner
• Dusting and cleaning ceiling vents, surface areas, and counter surfaces
• Performs general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors using vacuuming equipment
• Perform further treatments such as stain-removal as needed
• Clean and sanitize fixtures
• Disposing of trash from bins and containers
• Polishing furniture and room accessories as needed
• Scrubbing sinks, basins, showers and toilets in bathrooms
• Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
• Maintain a neat and orderly living space
• Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products
• Reporting repairs and replacements needed when encountered on the job

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time; ability to lift up to 25 to 30 pounds
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions and schedule
• Attention to detail when cleaning
• Ability to work well alone and with a team
• Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties
• Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time management skills
• General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques for cleaning
• Able to work some weekends, and occasional holidays
• Previous experience cleaning preferred; training will be provided
