Job summary

Location: Billerica, MA is hiring a team lead/house cleaner role with pay from $16.00 to $24.00 per hour. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with no nights or weekends.

This is a family-owned franchise operating for 28 years. You will receive training, all cleaning supplies, a company car for work, and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm.
• Bilingual preferred; must be able to communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Manage the team's schedule and drive safely (team lead).
• Maintain equipment and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards - Follow our process and you'll delight every customer.

• Maintain equipment - The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.

The pay range for this job is $16.00 to $24.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as professional house cleaner.
