Job summary

Waymore’s Guest House in Nashville seeks a dedicated House Attendant to maintain a clean, safe environment for guests and staff. You will stock supplies, empty carts, and keep hallways tidy, while assisting room attendants and moving furniture as needed.

We value a professional appearance, reliable attendance, and strong communication with guests and teammates. This is an on-site full-time role in a lively East Nashville setting with community flair.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Self-starting with a stable demeanor.
• Professional appearance and conduct at all times.
• Ability to communicate well with guests and team members.
• Willingness to pitch-in and work as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Stock linen closets with amenities and supplies for room attendants.
• Empty room attendant carts of soiled linen and trash.
• Clean spots from corridor walls/doors; polish mirrors and elevator doors.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop hallways and foyers.
• Flip mattresses and move furniture as directed.
• Follow attendance rules and be available regularly.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
