Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a House Attendant to join The Casso Hotel's housekeeping team. You will help keep public and guest areas clean, supported by room attendants during peak cleaning, and assist with heavy lifting as needed.

The role focuses on delivering a welcoming environment, with attention to safety and efficiency in daily tasks and SOP adherence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is enjoyable and respond in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Work as a team to maintain resort/hotel cleanliness.
• Walk all assigned floors at shift start and end to collect bags, trash, and soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill par stock on each floor pantry.
• Deliver towels, cribs, cots, and other items to guest rooms.
• Perform duties of a room attendant when necessary.
• Refill par stock of guest amenities on each floor pantry.
• Assist with heavy lifting during spring cleaning of rooms.
• Clean all public areas following SOPs.
• Remove soiled linen and trash from service areas and transport appropriately.

Job Overview

We are seeking a House Attendant to join the Housekeeping team at The Casso Hotel, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality. The role focuses on ensuring that public and guest areas are clean, organized, and welcoming, as well as supporting room attendants during heavy‑lift and spring cleaning activities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well and respond in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Work as a team to achieve the goal of resort/hotel cleanliness.
• Walk all assigned floors at the beginning and end of each shift to collect bags, trash, and soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.
• Deliver towels, cribs, cots, and other items to guest rooms upon request.
• Perform duties of a room attendant when necessary.
• Refill the par stock of guest amenities and supplies on each floor pantry.
• Assistance with heavy lifting during super cleaning/spring cleaning of rooms.
• Clean all public areas in the prescribed manner while following department standard operating procedures.
• Remove soiled linen and trash from all service areas and transport them to appropriate locations.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience is desirable.
• Neat, pleasant personality.
• Strong time‑management skills.
• Ability to work on feet for an extended period.
• Effective communication skills.
• Physical stamina required to move, traverse, and position self to reach corners and high places, observe conditions, detect odors, and navigate carts weighing up to 100lbs in tight spaces.
• Proficiency with equipment, including spray bottles, vacuums, mops, brooms, dustpan, scrub pads, and dusters.
• Ability to lift, carry, and position loads of at least 50lbs.

Compensation

$15.00 – $16.00 per hour. Additional benefits include a comprehensive wage package, matching 401(k) plan, professional development opportunities, and travel perks.
