Hilton Garden Inn Hartford South/Glastonbury is seeking a House Person to clean and maintain public hotel areas in line with brand standards and HHM's EarthView sustainability guidelines.

You will greet guests, inspect areas, collect and transport linen, report maintenance issues, and assist during peak periods. The role supports guest satisfaction and participates in EarthView initiatives. On-site with variable scheduling, including some holidays and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred or equivalent training.
• Education: high school diploma preferred.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries and assistance requests.
• Work as a room attendant during staffing shortages or peak periods.

• Practice safe work habits and follow MSDS/OSHA standards.

• Respond to guest inquiries and assistance.
• Work as a room attendant when staffing shortages occur or during peak periods.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Your Background and Skill

• High Schooldiploma preferred.

Work Environment and Context

• Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays, weekends and alternate shifts.
• Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 25 pounds, reaching, bending and kneeling to reach all areas.
• Usage of cleaning chemicals.
