Job summary

Aramark in Minneapolis is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to oversee daily food service operations, including inventory, customer service, and food safety.

You will schedule and supervise a food service team, train staff on safety and sanitation, and ensure products are prepared and stored according to recipes and policies.

This role emphasizes guest satisfaction, asset protection, and adherence to Aramark safety guidelines while adapting to location requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred.
• Previous food service experience required.
• Must be able to acquire food safety certification.
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns daily work and supervises tasks.
• Trains and guides staff on duties, food safety and sanitation procedures, customer service, etc.
• Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions.
• Properly stores food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures.
• Sets up work stations including prep tables, service counters, hot wells, steam tables, etc.
• Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes work stations.
• Serves food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the customers' needs.
• Replenishes food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels.
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including accurate food safety and sanitation.
• Ensures security of company assets.

The Concessions Supervisor is responsible for the oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the food service operation such as inventory, customer service, food preparation, and food safety and sanitation procedures Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $2,300.00 to $25.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
