Job summary

SC2 is seeking a full-time warehouse supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced supply chain environment. The role focuses on safe, efficient daily operations including receiving, picking, inspection, and packing of materials; you will drive productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include supervising associates, planning workflow, coaching staff, and ensuring accurate data entry and system updates.

Qualifications

• Great written and oral communications skills.
• Develop 360-degree communication with peers and associates.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to be on your feet 8/10 hours.
• Mandatory Overtime.
• Supervisory or leadership experience.
• Prior warehouse/production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of associates to receive material, opens boxes & crates and other containers to inspect all incoming material and equipment purchases, verifying all items are received and in good condition.
• Accomplishes results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinates workflows of material processing to lead their team to high levels of Productivity, Quality and Safety
• Develop 360-degree communication with associates and peers to accomplish the strategy for an efficient operation.
• Communication skills to train and assist associates with systems updates and data entry to process completion.

Supervisors will lead their teams to safely perform day-to-day operations in the warehouse and are responsible for establishing and maintaining efficient production and distribution of all materials (receiving, pick, inspection, pack, etc.)
