Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Hourly Supervisor to help improve profitability of Operations while delivering the highest standards of customer service, safety, sanitation, and quality. This role focuses on driving sales and controlling costs on a daily basis.

You will supervise staff, monitor labor and production costs, and ensure adherence to company policies. The position requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and current certifications as needed. On-site in Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or hospitality operations.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise teams.
• Familiarity with safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Controls labor costs by supervising daily staffing levels and driving efficiency.
• Manages production costs, supplies, and inventory per SOP.
• Audits service and quality on a regular basis.
• Adheres to standards and tracking procedures daily.
• Develops and implements strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
• Supervises teamwork and service on a regular basis.
• Handles day-to-day employee issues professionally per Aramark policies.
• Supports training programs to improve service and revenue.
• Assists in annual employee reviews and supervises interim performance issues.
• Ensures accurate adherence to time and attendance procedures.
• Maintains staffing levels per guidelines and adjusts daily based on business needs.
• Ensures all employees trained to safety, health, and sanitation standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Controls the labor costs by supervising daily staffing levels as needed while driving efficiency from all staff.


• Retains control of production costs, supply costs, and inventory by adhering to all standards of operation.


• Audits service and quality on a regular basis.


• Adheres to all standards and established tracking procedures daily.


• Develops and implements strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals.


• Supervises teamwork and service on a regular basis.


• Supervises day-to-day employee issues in a professional manner while adhering to all Aramark policies and procedures.


• Supports and implements training programs that develop skills to better serve guests, build repeat business, grow revenue, and improve morale.


• Assists in annual employee reviews and supervises interim performance issues.


• Supervisor accurate adherence to Aramark's time and attendance procedures.


• Ensure staffing level consistent with established guidelines and make daily adjustments based on business needs.


• All employees to be trained according to company standards for safety, health, and sanitation procedure

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
