Job summary

The Kades Corporation, one of the largest McDonald’s franchises in the United States, operates 38 McDonald’s restaurants in the Beaumont and Houston areas. We seek experienced leaders for the shift manager level who want to grow into more; McDonald’s experience is a plus.

As a shift manager, you will lead a team, ensure food safety, manage inventory and scheduling, and deliver outstanding customer service while upholding safety standards.

• Previous management experience.
• Ability to handle customer service with professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills.
