Job summary

The Kades Corporation is seeking experienced shift managers to lead a fast-paced restaurant operation in the Beaumont/Houston area. Prior McDonald’s experience is not required but preferred; candidates with strong leadership and a customer-service mindset will excel.

Offered are competitive hourly wages starting at $14–$15 per hour, with potential to earn up to $21 per hour, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, tuition assistance, and a comprehensive bonus program.
