The Kades Corporation, a large McDonald’s Franchise operating in the Beaumont and Houston areas, seeks experienced leaders for hourly shift manager roles. McDonald’s experience is not required but is a definite plus, as is prior management experience.

You will lead a team, supervise food safety, inventory, customer service, scheduling, and training while maintaining high standards. Flexible shifts including nights and weekends are available, with paid training and benefits.
