Job summary

Burger King is hiring an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead day-to-day operations during assigned shifts, ensuring fast, friendly service and adherence to brand standards. You will support the RGM/AM, manage a team of crew members, and drive guest satisfaction and sales through effective coordination.

Responsibilities include supervising inventory, directing quick product prep and delivery, coaching team members, and maintaining a clean, compliant workplace.

Overview

Hourly Shift Coordinators (HSC) is the Shift Leader of the restaurant focused on delivering sales and positive results through Guest & operations coordination.The HSC supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in managing the operations during assigned shifts driving key performance outcomes.The HSC operates under the direction of the RGM and directly manages a shift of Team Members.
