Job summary

Carson Group seeks a detail-oriented professional to support clients and financial advisors, ensuring proactive communications and accurate account processing. You will manage relationships, data integrity, and various operational tasks across advisor offices with a focus on compliance and quality service.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in business/finance and 3–5 years in financial services, with proficiency in Orion, GoldMine, Redtail, Salesforce and MS Office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum three to five years of experience in financial services.
  • Knowledge of financial advisor office tools such as Orion, Goldmine, Redtail, or Salesforce preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Access, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide white-glove service to advisors and clients through proactive communication and relationship management. Act as the primary contact for custodians to ensure smooth account processing and ensure compliance with periodic client review requirements.
  • Process new accounts, cashiering, transfers, and maintenance requests with accuracy and timeliness. Take ownership of asset transfers to guarantee seamless execution.
  • Maintain accurate and complete client information in databases and systems. Stay current with operational updates and ensure data integrity.
  • Coordinate projects by defining expectations, timelines, and deliverables. Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and management. Develop processes to increase accuracy and streamline workflows.
  • Lead regular skill and competency training sessions. Support mentees as a subject matter expert in multiple operational areas. Encourage personal and professional growth.
  • Research and resolve operational challenges using available tools. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to drive efficiency.

We serve financial advisors and investors through three entities, each headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska: Carson Wealth, Carson Coaching and Carson Partners. We provide coaching and partnership services to advisor firms – and straightforward financial advice to the investing public. Who We Want
  • Client & Advisor Support: Provide white-glove service to advisors and clients through proactive communication and relationship management. Act as the

  • Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement: Research and resolve operational challenges using available tools. Source accurate answers, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions to drive efficiency.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives.
What You Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field

preferred.

  • Minimum three to five years of experience in financial services required.
  • Knowledge of financial advisor office tools such as Orion, Goldmine, Redtail, or

Salesforce preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Access, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with curiosity and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to compile statistics and reports accurately.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with precision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Desire for continual personal and professional growth.

The Total Rewards Expected For This Role Include
  • Starting annual base salary between $31.25 - $34.00.
  • Variable compensation potential (Bonus and/or commissions)
