After a six-month probation, the wage increases to $20.22 per hour, and after one year it may rise to $20.87 per hour, with a potential to $22.21 per hour based on time in the position.

Job description

Production positions require lifting & carrying, packing, loading, cleaning, operating equipment, and/or general utility duties in a glass manufacturing plant. Those hired will be required to work 12 hour shifts in a 24/7 operation. Production workers starting wage rate is $19.57/hr. with benefits. After successful completion of a 6-month probation period, the wage rate will increase to $20.22/hr. with another increase at 1 yr. to $20.87/hr. with the potential of $22.21/hr. based on time in the position.

Physical Requirements, Safety, And Work Environment

• Must be able to work rotating 12 hour shift schedule
• Must be able to safely operate a fork truck
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Must follow all PPE requirements
