Blair Image Elements in Altoona, PA is seeking dedicated, reliable individuals to join our manufacturing team. You'll fabricate and assemble interior and exterior signs for national customers, using hand and power tools, and logging jobs on the computer.

This in-person, hourly role emphasizes attention to detail, timely delivery, and dependable teamwork as you contribute to high-quality signage that supports our North American client base.

• Read blueprints, or learn to read them.
• Follow instructions and work quickly while maintaining quality standards.
• Basic math skills – read a ruler and add/subtract fractions, inches, cm, etc.
