Group 1 Ford Saco is seeking qualified Quality Hourly Lube Technicians/Mechanics to join our growing team at a leading dealership. We offer market-leading pay, bonuses, and a supportive environment focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Starting pay ranges from $18/hr - $22/hr (based on experience). Our benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and training leading to manufacturer recognition.

• Completion of or Current Enrollment in an Accredited Automotive Training Program Required.
• Express/Lube Technician Experience Preferred.
• A Love of Everything Automotive.
• A Positive & Friendly Attitude.
• Tools based on your experience.
• Communication Skills.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Strong Desire to Provide an Exceptional Client Experience.
• Ability to Achieve Targeted Goals.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
