F.H. Furr is hiring a Residential HVAC Quality Assurance Technician to help ensure every system we install or service meets our high standards of safety, performance, and craftsmanship.

This is a non‑sales role designed for experienced HVAC professionals who want steady, year‑round work without the pressure of upsells or commission goals. What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify workmanship issues, safety concerns, or performance gaps and document findings clearly
• Complete inspection reports accurately using mobile service software
