Job summary

ComForCare Home Health Care - Burlington Camden is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide compassionate, in-home care across Burlington and Camden counties. This hourly role offers meaningful work helping clients maintain independence and quality of life.

Candidates must hold NJ CHHA certification and demonstrate reliability, strong communication, and the ability to follow care plans with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid New Jersey CHHA certification.
• Experience in home care or related healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and hygiene support
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation for safety
• Monitor and document client health status and report changes
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition/hydration
• Perform light housekeeping in the client’s home
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and families
• Assist with medication reminders per care plans
