Job summary

Professional Care Match is seeking a Home Health Aide to support clients in Ware, MA. The role requires evening hours: Monday, Tuesday, Friday 5pm-5am, with patient-focused care in daily living activities and companionship.

You will monitor health, report changes, maintain a safe environment, and follow established care plans. A valid driver's license is preferred and weekly pay is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, meals).
• Provide companionship and engage in activities and conversations.
• Monitor patients' health and report changes to healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by following safety protocols.
• Follow care plans and protocols as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation: Hourly Pay $18.00 - $22.00 depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and support to patients, including engaging in activities and conversation
• Monitor patients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including adhering to safety protocols
• Follow care plans and protocols as directed by healthcare professionals
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus
