Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking production workers for hourly rated positions at manufacturing or warehousing facilities to assemble vehicles or components, using power or hand tools, hoists, and scanners to fit parts in a predefined sequence.

Temporary Full-Time employees receive a generous benefits package, convert to full-time after nine months, and start at $21.00 per hour plus shift premiums. Overtime opportunities, profit sharing, and health coverage are included.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform manual labor and stand for long periods.
