Job summary

The Doubletree Albuquerque hotel is seeking a dedicated Van Driver to transport guests to attractions and the airport, assist with luggage, and present a warm, concierge level of service. You will drive scheduled routes, maintain a clean vehicle, and greet guests with a smile while upholding safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and at least one year of driving experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record; at least one year of driving experience.
Strong communication and ability to stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide professional service to ensure a memorable experience.
Load and unload luggage, assist with check-ins/check-outs, escort guests to rooms.
Load/unload van, transport guests on scheduled runs, and keep vehicle clean.
Provide local area directions, maps, and information on attractions and transportation options.
Answer guest inquiries and support hotel operations while following safety standards.
